Dr. Sarah Linell

Dr. Sarah loves being a pediatric dentist! She grew up in Great Neck and attended the University of Michigan, where she obtained a degree in Psychology. She went on to complete her Premedical Studies at Columbia University while also working at a local pediatric dental office in Manhattan. In addition, she worked in the Global Outreach Program at NYU College of Dentistry, coordinating and helping provide dental care to underserved populations around the world.

Dr. Sarah received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and her Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry from NYU College of Dentistry. She was in the top 20% of her graduating dental class and received NYU’s 2022 Research Award for her research project on “The Impact of COVID-19 on Children’s Nutrition and Oral Health.” Dr. Sarah is certified in CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She is

an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association, which enables her to stay current on the latest developments.

Dr. Sarah understands that every child is unique and has different needs, and thus caters her treatment accordingly. She knows that visiting the dentist can be an anxiety inducing experience for some children and she prides herself on being able to create a calm and nurturing environment. She is passionate about helping children have a positive experience at the dentist. Her greatest joy is seeing an anxious child transform into a confident, happy patient.

In her free time, Dr. Sarah loves to be active outdoors and spend time with her family, friends, and golden retriever. When not at the office, she enjoys cooking, baking, and experimenting with new recipes. She loves to get hooked on a good beach read or a new Netflix series!
